I’ve been doing training with Carling for a year now. I contacted her because I was having back spasms and other lower back issues. It’s been amazing and I rarely have back spasms anymore! We do morning online workouts, this is easier for me since I am a mom and can train while my kiddo is asleep. Carling is fantastic and very knowledgeable! She is also my motivation since I have none lol. Thank you Carling for helping me and keeping me going!
