How does it work?

 
  • Click here to fill out an application to work with Carling. Whether you are looking for a kinesiology assessment or you would like a full training program with 1 on 1 instruction, this is where to start.

  • Once you have filled out an application you will schedule a phone call with Carling. During this 10-15 minute call, you will discuss your responses in your application to ensure she is the right trainer for you. At the end of the call, you may have the option to schedule your initial assessment.

  • The first session with your trainer is your initial assessment. This session is mandatory for all one-on-one clients and it is used to determine a baseline of your overall fitness. Your trainer will come to your home or condo/office gym and carry out the following procedures:

    • Background Interview

    • Record vital measurements

    • Measure body circumferences

    • Posture analysis

    • General fitness assessment

    Using the findings from your assessment and your personal fitness goals, your trainer will then lead you through your first workout!

  • At the end of your first session, you will have time to go through your package and membership options. Once you have chosen a plan, you and your trainer will create a workout schedule and you will be ready to get started!
