Sign up for an online training membership (charged monthly). Choose from 2 online personal training programs, at-home or in the gym (or extensive home gym) offering varying types of goals and customization to cater to individual fitness needs:

  1. Home Program:

    • Key Focus: Tone, Strength, Endurance & Mobility

    • Choose from 3 or 4 workouts per week.

    • Minimal Equipment required: Dumbbells, bands, yoga mat, foam roller.

    • The Home Program is designed for individuals who have a good understanding of their body’s mechanics but need guidance and structure in their routines.

    • Features include low weight, high rep workout plans and guidelines. Changes to this program are made every 6 weeks.

    • Communication with a personal trainer is achieved through weekly check-ins & email support.

    • This flexible program is cost-effective and suits those looking for a more efficient, budget-friendly option.

  2. Gym Program:

    • Key focus: Strength, Muscle growth, Power & Hypertrophy

    • Choose from 3 or 4 workouts per week.

    • Extensive equipment required: Squat rack, Barbell, dumbbells, cable machine.

    • The Gym Program is designed for individuals who have a good understanding of exercise and exercise equipment but need guidance and structure in their routines.

    • Features include high weight, low rep workout plans and guidelines. Changes to this program are made every 6 weeks.

    • Communication with a personal trainer is achieved through weekly check-ins & email support.

    • This program is cost-effective and suits those looking for a more challenging and budget-friendly option.
