Key Focus: Tone, Strength, Endurance & Mobility
Choose from 3 or 4 workouts per week.
Minimal Equipment required: Dumbbells, bands, yoga mat, foam roller.
The Home Program is designed for individuals who have a good understanding of their body’s mechanics but need guidance and structure in their routines.
Features include low weight, high rep workout plans and guidelines. Changes to this program are made every 6 weeks.
Communication with a personal trainer is achieved through weekly check-ins & email support.
This flexible program is cost-effective and suits those looking for a more efficient, budget-friendly option.
Gym Program:

Choose from 3 or 4 workouts per week.
Extensive equipment required: Squat rack, Barbell, dumbbells, cable machine.
The Gym Program is designed for individuals who have a good understanding of exercise and exercise equipment but need guidance and structure in their routines.
Features include high weight, low rep workout plans and guidelines. Changes to this program are made every 6 weeks.
